It has four site ecological zones inculding: 1) FORMAL which is low water irrigation plantation such as CAREX BRUNNEA VARIEGATA - golden edged sedge,  IRIS DOUGLASIANA - douglas iris, and MUHLENBERGIA RIGENS - deer grass,  2) WOODLAND which is low - low, low irrigation plantation such as CEANOTHUS RIGIDUS - snowball, RIBUS SANGUINEUN VAR. GLUTINOSUM - pink flowering currant, and CARPENTERIA CALIFORNICA - bush anemone, 3)  VALLEY SCRUB which is no - low, low irrigation plantation such as ARCTOSTAPHYLOS SUNSET MANZANITA - sunset manzanita california, ARTIMESIA CALIFORNICA - california sagebrush, and BACCHARIS PILULARIS - coyote brush, 4) MEADOW which is low irrigation plantation such as ERIOGONUM LATIFOLIUM -  coast buckwheat, LUPINUS NANUS - sky lupine, and SALVIA ‘BEE’S BLISS’ - bee’s bliss sage.
